Robbie Reynolds
DIRECTOR - B Com (Hort) PG, Dip Com, CA
I set up Reynolds Rural in 2020 with a vision to continue to grow my relationships with farmers in the Nelson/Tasman region.
I take pride in providing a service to my clients that offers genuine advice and support based on my own experience of farming and years of living in this region.
As well as running an accounting firm, I also own a sheep farm and kiwifruit orchard, which I manage with my wife Janet and son Mac. I enjoy being out on the land or just spending time in the garden or out on my bike.

Janneke Kearney
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - B Com, CA
I joined Reynolds Rural in 2023 after spending nine years with another local accounting firm. I enjoy helping clients navigate the more complex side of business and tax. I particularly enjoy working with high-wealth individuals, trusts, commercial businesses, professionals, contractors and farm-related enterprises.
When I'm not in the office, I'm usually busy keeping up with my two boys (10 and 6). As a family we enjoy biking, fishing, swimming, and exploring the outdoors together.
My workdays are Monday to Thursday.

Ben Wouts
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - B Com
I have worked at Reynolds Rural since its inception in 2020 and specialise in farm accounting. I enjoy working on special projects which includes farm cessation, new farm finance applications and planning, cash flows and working with other rural professionals.
In my spare time I like to take overnight trips on my motorbike and travel overseas with my wife.
My workdays are Wednesday to Friday.

ACCOUNTANT
I have worked at Reynolds Rural for 3 ½ years having previously worked for a horticultural company. I work mainly with our dairy and farming clients and enjoy the challenge.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, reading and walking.

Ralph Augusto
ACCOUNTANT
Before joining Reynolds Rural in June, I worked at Talley's, where I gained valuable experience in management accounting. In my current role, I am expanding my knowledge and expertise in financial accounting and tax while working with a diverse range of clients. I have recently started the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program, which combines professional study with practical work experience over the next three years
Outside of work, I enjoy playing football (soccer) and staying active through running, cycling, and going to the gym, as well as spending time with my wife and two young children.

Sarah Muir
OFFICE MANAGER
I started at Reynolds Rural in July 2025 as the Accounts Administrator after moving to Nelson from Wellington. I moved into the Office Manager position in May 2026. I really enjoy being able to assist our clients in their personal and business journeys as well as seeing our business go from strength to strength.
I have three pre-teen/teenage children and a husband who are all sports mad, so I spend most of my weekends on the sideline cheering them on. usually with coffee in hand.

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
I joined Reynolds Rural in June 2026, bringing experience from both the rural and tax industries through my previous roles at FMG and Hnry. As Accounts Administrator, I use this knowledge daily, whether I’m the friendly voice on the phone or helping with IRD tax queries.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family on our farm, getting amongst nature, baking treats for the team, and finding my zen with yoga!
